Private Pay

Care Arranged Entirely On Your Terms

For families who prefer to manage care directly, without insurer involvement, approval queues, or restrictions on who comes to the door. You set the schedule, you approve the caregiver, and you keep control of every decision.

The Difference

What Private Pay Means for Your Family

When you fund care privately, nothing about your plan is decided by an insurer or a benefit rule. There is no eligibility determination, no approved hours cap, and no waiting for authorization before support can begin. Care can often start within days.

It also means the arrangement can be as discreet, as flexible, and as comprehensive as you would like it to be. Some families begin with a few hours of companionship each week. Others ask for a resident caregiver from the first day. Both are entirely normal here.

And when needs change, the support around you grows with them while your rate stays exactly where it began. However much more you come to need, what you pay does not move.

  • Transparent, all inclusive hourly and live in rates
  • One steady rate, however your needs change
  • No long term contract and no cancellation penalty
  • Care can usually begin within a few days
  • Invoicing to fiduciary accounts, estate attorneys, and trust administrators on request

How We Help

Support Shaped to the Day You Already Keep

Choose any combination of the following. Add to it, reduce it, or pause it as circumstances change. Nothing here is a package you have to take whole.

Daily Living

Personal Care

Dignified, discreet assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders, delivered the way you prefer it delivered.

Presence

Companionship and Social Engagement

Conversation, reading, correspondence, cards, walks, and outings to the club, church, or the nursery. Company that is genuinely good company.

Memory Care

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Caregivers trained in redirection, routine, and calm response, supporting familiarity and safety while protecting the person's sense of independence.

Continuous Cover

Overnight and Live In Care

Waking overnight attendance or a resident caregiver in the home, so that someone is always present through the hours when help is hardest to find.

The Household

Home Management and Errands

Meal preparation to your taste, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery collection, prescription pickup, and keeping the household running quietly in the background.

Getting About

Transportation and Appointment Escort

Accompanied travel to physicians, procedures, the salon, and social engagements, with notes taken and relayed to the family afterward.

Skilled Care

Nursing Services

Personalized assessments and individualized care planning, held together by attentive nursing oversight.

For Families

Respite for Family Caregivers

Planned or short notice relief so that a spouse, son, or daughter carrying the load can travel, rest, recover, or simply have an afternoon back.

Transitions

Hospital to Home Support

Intensive cover in the first weeks after a hospital or rehab stay, when the risk of readmission is highest and the household is least prepared.

We measure success by independence, dignity, and satisfaction, never by hours billed.

Our Caregivers

Chosen the Way You Would Choose Them

Our caregivers are carefully selected, rigorously trained, and deeply committed. Each placement is a considered match rather than a scheduling exercise: temperament, interests, experience, and household expectations all weigh in the decision.

If a match is not right, you say so and we change it. You should never feel obligated to accommodate a person in your home who does not feel right to you.

  • Background screened, licensed, bonded, and insured
  • Trained in memory care, transfers, and safe mobility
  • Supervised with regular in home quality reviews
  • Introduced to you before the first shift begins

Getting Started

Four Unhurried Steps

There is no obligation at any point, and no pressure to decide before you are ready.

01

A Private Conversation

We talk by phone or meet at your home. You describe the situation, we listen, and we answer questions plainly, including questions about cost.

02

An Assessment at Home

A care manager reviews the home, daily routines, health history, and the preferences that matter most, then proposes a plan and a clear rate.

03

Your Caregiver Match

We present the caregiver we believe fits and introduce them before any shift begins. You confirm the match, or ask for another.

04

Care Begins and Adjusts

Support starts on your chosen date. Your family liaison stays in close contact and the plan changes whenever your needs change.
